Youth unemployment in the UK is stuck high
As of April–June 2025, 14.1% of 16–24-year-olds were unemployed, with around 634,000 young people jobless—that’s more than 1 in 8, and about 95,000 more than before the pandemic hit.
Nearly 1m youths are not in work, education, or training
Between April and June 2025, 948,000 young people (aged 16–24) were classified as NEET—Not in Employment, Education, or Training—representing 12.5% of that age group and marking the highest level in over a decade.
Training retention is shockingly low unless it’s hands-on
Traditional training often fails to stick—only 20–30% of what’s taught is still used a month later. That gap is where Street2Sales steps in, emphasizing constant practice, roleplay, and real-world application.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Street2Sales for?
Young people (typically 16–24) who are currently NEET or under-employed, plus probation/YOT referrals and motivated career-changers. No previous sales experience needed—just commitment to show up.
How does the 8-week program run?
Cohorts meet 3 days/week, 8:30–4:00, for 8 weeks. It’s hands-on: roleplay, drills, employer sessions, and a final live assessment. You’ll also get ongoing mentoring after graduation.
Do you guarantee a job?
No guarantees—but we line up interviews with employer partners and recruitment agencies. Historically we target 70–80% placed within 3 months and 90%+ complete the program. We also help graduates earn via our commission arm while they interview.
What does it cost? Are there funded places?
Councils, DWP and probation services can fund places for eligible learners. Self-funded and employer-sponsored spots are also available; pricing is listed on each course page. Payment plans exist for self-funded learners.
Is there a qualification or certificate?
Yes—every graduate gets a Street2Sales Certificate of Completion. We’re building formal accreditation with FE partners for the 2026 pilot; when that’s active, eligible cohorts will receive an accredited Level-based award issued via the partner college.
